What is the return policy for Modephone?

If you wish to return your Modephone, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the device. If you return an unopened and undamaged box, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price. If you return an opened box, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price less a restocking fee of $39.

What is the refund policy for Modephone?

Modephone has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Yes, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Can I cancel my Modephone order?
